Presentations, Posters and Demos

As for presentations, posters and demos, please note the following:

  • You can use your own laptop for presentation, but there will be a laptop for common use with Powerpoint, OpenOffice Impress, Acroread Firefox, Java and sound card with speakers
  • For posters, the suggested format is A1 (594 x 841mm or 23.39 × 33.11in). Portrait position is preferred. No pins can be used as the posters will be attached directly to concrete wall.
  • The demo session is merged with the poster session, so, for demo you will just wait near your computer for interested listeners. It would be wise to prepare a reasonably big (A3?) sheet which states what you are presenting.

Proceedings

The conference will consist primarily of oral presentations, posters and demonstrations sessions. Abstracts of papers (500–1000 words) has been blind reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.
